City of Reno Downtown Master Plan

On November 10, 2008 the Reno City Council will hold a public hearing to consider testimony in case number LDC09-00036 (Wingfield Towers). The applicant is requesting an amendment to Condition of Approval number 2 for LDC06-00321 (Wingfield Towers) to extend the time in which to record the final map from 2 years to 4 years.
California District Hours of Operation
On November 17, 2008, the City is holding a workshop to review hours of operation for businesses within the California District. There is a desire among the business community to operate pubs, night clubs, and other businesses with night time clientele after the current 12:00am limit.
