PTHOA Committees
The HOA has 8 committees that provide suggestions and guidance to the HOA Board. There is currently availability on each of the boards. Any homeowner interested in joining a committee is encouraged to submit a letter of intent to the Park Tower Management Company.
Finance Committee; The Finance Committee provides guidance to the HOA Board on issues relating to budget, cash flow and long term financial strategy.Compliance Committee; The Compliance Committee provides guidance to the HOA Board on matters relating to compliance with the CC&Rs and the HOA Rules and Regulations.
Rules and Regulations Committee; The Rules and Regulations Committee is responsible for developing recommendations for any new rules and regulations or modifications to existing rules and regulations that may be required to accommodate the changing needs of the building.
Conservation Committee; The Conservation Committee is working on strategies to save resources and improve efficiency in the building. One of their projects is trying to develop a more energy efficient lighting strategy for the building.
Parking Committee; The Parking Committee provides suggestions and guidance to the board on parking issues in the building.
Architectural Committee; The Architectural Committee provides guidance to the board on architectural issues affecting the building, including homeowner requests for architectural improvements.
CC&R Committee; The CC&R Committee is responsible for developing recommendations for potential changes to the current HOA CC&Rs that may be required to accommodate our current needs.
